Hello, wonderful soul!

 

My name is Tinky,

a bachelor-qualified naturopath (Torrens), surgical nurse (LaTrobe), and healthy lifestyle enthusiast.

My awe of earth began at an early age, with childhood memories of herbal remedies used for common ailments, of an appreciation of God, and years spent moonlighting as a natural practitioner on health retreats. I have been practising as a Registered Nurse since 2008, further studies bridging the rigor of science with our humanity and the intelligence of nature.

This interconnectedness of healthy lifestyles, communities, and individuals calls to all-levels of humanity to work together for a healthier future for the planet and its inhabitants.

Naturopathy focuses on addressing the root cause of your health concerns,

rather than just treating the symptoms. Through a holistic approach, a personalised treatment plan is devised, taking into account your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Each human has an innate ability to heal, the inner Vital Force, and with the right knowledge and lifestyle habits, you are able to reach optimal health and well-being.
