Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or reschedule within 48 hours of appointment incurs a 50% fee. Cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours of appointment incurs a 100% fee. If the practitioner cannot make the appointment, she will reschedule at no cost incurred to the client for a suitable future date. If a date cannot be agreed, refund of any payment made can be issued. I am able to waive fees on a case-by-case basis.
